@Dan: You don’t have to allow all of the ads, as far as I can tell. You only have to allow the DoubleClick ads. I’ve been working on a way around it, but so far no success.

The blocking of these adverts is what i’m after, the annoying javascript serving of these adverts is quite rude! – so far it seems you have to allow them :(
